Message The corner lights noted in the first reply are OEM units found on the JDM 92-94 Z32. Nissan Motorsports made these lights available in the U.S. sometime ago. These units are now NLA. Coz did sell these lights in addition to another set that was totally cleared, i.e. the Nismo units. The Nismo units, as they were titled, I believe were simply the OEM units with the inner orange lens removed.

There is a second JDM "clear corner" OEM light. It is found on the 95-98 Z32 in Japan and is slightly different than the 92-94 units. It features the same lens but different internal housing, i.e. less chrome/reflective internal pieces and I believe a different style orange inner lens. I'll confirm these differences once my sets from Japan show up. Nissan of Japan listed these as still available...we'll see. The rear section of the housing is "likely" the same as the 92-94 units...so not going to be any good for the OP needs.

OP - your other option is to find the JDM 89-91 OEM units. They are totally clear and don't feature a inner orange lens. The rear of this unit is similar to the USDM rear...except it doesn't have that second light. That second light is a smaller light than what is used on the later style so this area of the lens might allow the clearance you need. The lens although clear is similar in pattern to the USDM light. These can often be found on ebay. Maybe test fit the USDM lights and see if they work, if so the early JDM style might be an option. Below is a image of the 89-91 style.
